Homework Checklist 

Have students use this checklist to keep track of their homework for a week. Students start a new checklist at the beginning of each week, when they turn in the previous weeks checklist to the teacher. The teacher signs the bottom with any missing assignments noted. Each student must return the checklist with a parent's signature. This is a great way to help students stay organized and keep parents informed. Click the image to download the frame.
