                      Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How long will it take to receive my eClass after I register?

Answer:  Shortly after you register you will receive an email with a confirmation letter containing the username, password and instructions for accessing your eClass. If you do not receive the email, it might have been routed to your spam or trash folder.  If you cannot locate this confirmation email, contact us and we will forward the information to you.


Question: How do I get university credit for an eClass?

Answer: One semester graduate level credit is available through Brandman University for each of our eClasses. Once you've completed the 5-hour eClass, request a certificate of attendance from us (Teacher Online Classes) which you submit separately to Brandman University with your application for credit. Instructions for applying are included with the eClass. You will be required to do a simple project that you submit to Brandman University, based on what you learned from the class.


Question: How much does Brandman University credit cost?

Answer: The cost for the credit, paid directly to Brandman University, is $65. 


Question: What should I do if I can’t remember the username and the password to access the eClass?

Answer: Contact us and we will send you the username and password. 


Question: Will I get Continuing Educaton Units (CEUs) for the eClasses and eWorkshops?

Answer: You will need to check with your school district to find out if they will accept our classes. 


Question: Some of the eClasses include videos. Can I download these videos?  
Answer:  You can save the link to the Youtube videos and watch them as often as you like. The Sprout videos are only available while you have access to the eClass.
